Elena, Chelsea, and Sierra pose on the steps to Cabin 24 at Burr Oak. This trip was more than a little bittersweet... Since the third grade, this troop has been coming to Burr Oak for "camping" (okay, in a heated/air-conditioned cabin, but still camping!), swimming in the lodge pool, playing hide and go seek and other games in the lodge, hiking, etc. Sadly, the lodge is closing (at least for now), and the girls are graduating. We had a great time, but we all realized that this time would be our last. We treasured every second!
