We started out our day with breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen in the Disneyland Hotel. What a cool breakfast buffet! We loved the food and the atmosphere and the characters!

After breakfast, Christie had conference commitments, and Emmy did homework in the room. Emmy enjoyed a quick dip in the pool in the mid-afternoon and then a trip back to Downtown Disney in the evening. Although the restaurants were packed, and the wait for ESPN Zone was supposed to be around an hour, we managed to get in quickly. The hostess asked if we would "mind" sitting in the recliners right smack in front of the big screen tvs. NO!! :) We definitely did not mind! With only a five minute wait, we got to sit in prime seats in the front of the restaurant, watching the NBA All Star game. Wow!
