Chelsea with the Chauncey-Dover girls-- they even framed a copy of this picture to present to her at the grandstands during the Athens County Fair!
Chelsea Meagan loved the chance to travel by herself to this festival. It was wonderful to just enjoy a day of being with some of her festival friends. It was over 100 degrees during the parade, but she smiled and waved and earned the title of "Best Queen" by the judges along the parade route. Very cool recognition!
One of the special moments of the night included a ride on the antique carousel with other queens. She posed her with the Second Runner-Up from the Jefferson Ox Roast Festival!
