Every February, Britti and I go to the bridal show in Athens, and we actually accomplished a lot at the one this year. We booked a great photographer and dj for Britti's wedding! However, when Britti asked me to go with her to the one in Columbus, we really didn't think that we would book anyone. Primarily, we decided to go because we thought that it would be a fun day of getting samples and more ideas for decorations. Blessedly, it was even more productive!
When we got to Columbus, we stopped at the bridal store where Britti ordered her bridesmaid dresses so that we could pay for Chelsea's dress and then drove over to the bridal show at a hotel in Dublin. Although Britti was on the verge of booking a photo booth operator in Marietta, we found a great deal at the show, and we think that she's going to go with that company instead! (What fun testing out the various photo booths at the show!) We also put down a deposit with a tux company. (Now we just have to get Ramon to pick out the design!)
I'm so glad that Britti has had such a long engagement... Everything has been so relaxed, but I think that she's assembling a wonderful team to help her with the wedding of her dreams :)
