Saturday performance of FSS Dance Recital-- April 27, 2013

The girls danced just beautifully!! Ellie-Kate (pictured above with her instructor, Kelly) smiled, laughed, and tapped as such a cute baby tapper. Emmy's piece was a bit more sullen, but it was choreographed in that way so Emmy performed as instructed. (I'm hoping for a happier piece next year!) Grandma B. enjoyed the long three hour show, and it was special to see all of this year's seniors take their final bow. The little girls aren't "into" dance as much as the older ones, but they both seemed to really enjoy hanging out and performing with their dance friends throughout the week.

It was definitely a hectic seven days, though... Bought a new van in Columbus... trip to Pittsburgh for ECA... concert week... cello recital... band concert... Lots of good things, but, wow, ready for some sleep!
